Gallese Design were part of a concept design team successfully appointed by the client to deliver a 45 apartment Extracare 'home' for Linc Cymru Housing Association.
Although the client aspiration was to provide 'green' engineering and sustainable features, the M & E design was severely limited in this respect by the budgetary constraints of the project. However reasonable energy reductions were incorporated within the Mechanical and Electrical engineering systems and feedback received reflects positively with previous Linc Cymru Extracare building benchmarking.
