The developer GIBSON HOMES appointed Gallese Design to provide Abridged Design duties and to maintain a 'concept guardian' role for the duration of the project.
The client did not have a 'green' engineering aspiration, tempered by a keen knowledge of the aspirations of the potential market for these very high end and superb quality six bedroom houses. Two dwellings/plots formed the project.
Traditional six bedroom dwelling with basement gymnasium, media room, bedroom ensuite facilities throughout. Underfloor gas fired heating, solar thermal hot water generation, low energy lighting throughout, security protective systems installed.
